Handyman Services in Town Center (77380)

I live around the corner, not in a call center
I provide professional handyman services throughout Town Center — from the corporate offices along the Waterway to the luxury apartment communities at Hughes Landing. Whether you need art and mirrors hung, TVs mounted, or office furniture assembled, I show up prepared and get it done right the first time.
I’m a local handyman, not a franchise. I live in Panther Creek, just minutes from Town Center. When you call me, you’re talking directly to a 5-star rated professional who will show up at your door with my Ultimate Handyman Trailer — fully prepared, on time, and ready to get the job done right.
Services for Town Center Businesses & Residents
Office Furniture Assembly
Desks, shelving, chairs, workstations — IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon, whatever showed up in boxes. I’ll get everything built and level.
TV Mounting & Installation
Conference rooms, reception areas, luxury apartment units — Town Center has it all. Every install is level, secure, and finished clean with concealed wires.
Picture, Art, and Curtain Hanging
From a single diploma in a private office to a full gallery wall in the lobby. I’ll get everything straight and level. And if you have curtains or blinds that need to get hung, I can help with those too.
Honey-Do Lists & General Repairs
Apartment residents and small offices both end up with the same problem — a list that nobody’s gotten to yet. Hand it over and I’ll work through everything on it. This is my favorite kind of job.
All My Handyman Services
I can do a lot more than what’s listed above.

Trusted by Town Center Businesses & Communities
My Reputation Was Built Right Here
I’ve had the opportunity to work inside some of Town Center’s most respected businesses and residential communities. I’ve hung art collections and mounted TVs in corporate offices along the Waterway, assembled office furniture for financial firms, and handled installations in luxury apartment communities at Hughes Landing — as well as homes throughout the area.
Every job — whether it’s a single diploma in a private office, a gallery wall in a lobby, or a honey-do list for a Town Center resident — gets the same attention to detail and the same standard of finish.
I’m Licensed, insured, and 5-star rated by neighbors and businesses across The Woodlands.
I Show Up on Time. I Get It Done.
Most handymen show up, take a look, and tell you they need to make a parts run. That costs you time, disrupts your office, and delays your project. Not me.
My custom-built Ultimate Handyman Trailer is a fully stocked mobile workshop — loaded with professional tools, hardware, fasteners, anchors, and everything I need to handle virtually any job on the first visit. For busy offices, apartment communities, and Town Center residents, that means one appointment, one invoice, and no follow-up trips.
I’ve been doing this for over 10 years. I know what Town Center jobs require, and I come prepared for them.

My Billing Structure (no surprises)
For my customers in The Woodlands and Shenandoah, my rate is $120 per hour, plus a one-time $50 service call fee that covers my travel, insurance, and my fully stocked Ultimate Handyman Trailer. So the first hour comes to $170 total, and after that I bill in 15-minute increments at my hourly rate — you only pay for the time I’m actually working.
If materials are needed, I stop at the store on the way, show you the receipt, and add the exact cost to your invoice. What I paid is what you pay. Not a penny more.
Before I show up, make a full list — you’ll be amazed how much I can knock out in an hour.

Frequently Asked Questions in Town Center
What handyman services do you offer in Town Center?
Both residential and commercial — TV mounting, ceiling fan installation, picture and art hanging, furniture assembly, and general honey-do list items for homeowners and apartment residents, plus office and commercial work for businesses throughout Town Center. If you’re not sure whether I handle something, just text me. I probably do. TDLR License #894 and #376398.
Do you work in commercial spaces and offices?
Yes — I regularly work in offices, financial firms, and apartment communities throughout Town Center. I’m professional, efficient, and won’t disrupt your team or your tenants.
Can you hang art and mirrors in a lobby or conference room?
Absolutely. I use a self-leveling laser to ensure perfect placement — whether it’s one whiteboard or a full gallery wall, everything ends up level, properly anchored, and ready to impress.
Can you assemble office desks and chairs?
Absolutely — desks, chairs, shelving, workstations, filing cabinets. Whatever showed up in boxes, I’ll get it built, level, and ready to use. IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon, it doesn’t matter.
What is your hourly rate and how does billing work?
For customers in The Woodlands and Shenandoah, my rate is $120 per hour, plus a one-time $50 service call fee that covers my travel, insurance, and my fully stocked Ultimate Handyman Trailer. So the first hour comes to $170 total, and after that I bill in 15-minute increments at my hourly rate — you only pay for the time I’m actually working.
Do you charge a markup on materials or parts?
If materials are needed, I stop at the store on the way, show you the receipt, and add the exact cost to your invoice. What I paid is what you pay. Not a penny more.
Do you have a minimum charge for very small, single tasks?
Yes. My rate is $120 per hour, plus a one-time $50 service call fee — that puts the minimum at $170 for the first hour. Because of this, I always encourage my customers to make a list before I arrive. You’d be amazed how much I can knock out in an hour. See everything I do here.
How do I schedule service?
It’s best to text me directly at 281-827-2614. During regular business hours I’m usually working in someone’s home. And when I’m on their clock, I want to be respectful of their time. And after business hours, I’m at home with my family. So unless you happen to call me when I’m between jobs, I typically don’t pick up my phone.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. I hold TDLR Licenses #894 and #376398, and I carry $1M/$2M general liability insurance — so you’re covered no matter the job.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. I only take jobs that I’m qualified for and have a lot of experience with, so I rarely get callbacks — but if something I did caused a problem, I come back fast and make it right. In my 10 years of doing this, I’ve only had to make one insurance claim.
Can you provide references?
Absolutely, I’d be happy to put you in contact with any of my customers (subject to their approval first of course). But you can also just google “Adam Taylor the Handyman” and read my reviews. I have over 100 5-star reviews and every one of them came from a neighbor just like you.
