I don't just work in Panther Creek, I live here too. When you hire me, you aren't dealing with a franchise call center — you're dealing directly with a neighbor who understands the character (and quirks) of Woodlands homes. Read more.
My Ultimate Handyman Trailer isn't just my workshop — it's my resume. A fully loaded mobile workshop with battery-powered tools, custom storage, and everything I need to tackle almost any project, right on the spot.

For 16 years, I worked as an environmental geologist, but I've always had a love for tools, helping people, and solving problems. So, in 2016 I decided to quit my office job and start working for myself. And let me tell you, it was the best decision I ever made. Read more.

When you hire a giant franchise, you're rolling the dice on who they are going to dispatch to your house. When you hire me, you get the actual business owner. Every review I have, I have personally earned by clearly communicating, showing up on time, and doing exceptional work. You can hire this one-man show with total confidence.

I live in Panther Creek and work throughout The Woodlands every day. When you hire me, you're getting someone whose reputation is built right here in this community - not a call center dispatching a stranger.

My Ultimate Handyman Trailer is stocked with professional DeWalt tools, hardware, fasteners, and common replacement parts.

One picture to hang, one fan to replace, one item on your honey-do list — I'll come out for it. And if you think of something else you need done while I'm there, I'll do that too.
Here's something most homeowners don't know: in Texas, replacing a ceiling fan or a garbage disposal is regulated work. It involves electrical and plumbing connections, and the state requires a license to do it for hire. A lot of handymen do these jobs anyway, without holding one. I don't operate that way.
I hold the two licenses Texas requires for this work, issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR):
Residential Appliance Installation Contractor License #894 — this is the parent company license, which my wife and I own (Taylored Home Solutions). It also carries a state-mandated general liability insurance requirement, so when I say I'm insured, that's not just a phrase — it's a condition of holding the license. Click here to view it.
Residential Appliance Installer License #376398 — this is my personal license, the one that authorizes me, individually, to perform the installations. Click here to view it.
In plain terms, that license covers replacing and upgrading the appliances already in your home — ceiling fans, garbage disposals, and similar fixtures — done safely and to code. If a job calls for running a brand-new electrical circuit where none exists, that's the work of a licensed electrical contractor, and I'll tell you so honestly rather than take on something outside my license. Knowing where that line is, and respecting it, is part of doing this right.
And I bring real experience to every project. I've worked as a full-time handyman for a decade — since 2016 — and I've been serving The Woodlands since 2023. A license tells you I'm qualified on paper; ten years of doing this work, house after house, tell you I've put it into practice. You don't have to take my word for any of this. Both licenses are public record, and you can verify them yourself on the TDLR website. I'd rather you check than wonder.
This is really what "your neighbor, not a franchise" comes down to. I'm not a call center or a name on a truck — I'm one licensed, insured, experienced person whose reputation is built right here in The Woodlands.
Even though I'm a one-man show, I don't compromise on protection. I carry a commercial general liability policy featuring $1,000,000 per claim and $2,000,000 annual aggregate coverage limits. Whether I am mounting a TV, replacing a ceiling fan, or repairing a garbage disposal, your home is completely protected from the moment my Ultimate Handyman Trailer arrives.

In 2019 my wife saw this little house in downtown Grapeland, TX, and she fell in love with it. It was abandoned, but still in pretty good shape. Somehow, she tracked down the owner and convinced them to sell - just the house, not the land it sat on!

After we bought the house, we had to get it onto our property, 13 miles away. But to get it down the narrow county road, we had to cut it in half. It seemed crazy at the time !

But here's the funny thing, once it was cut in half, my eyes opened up and I had a vision! I said to my wife, "let's set the two halves down 20 feet a part and build in the middle!" And that's exactly what we did.
When I'm not cutting farmhouses in half, I'm working in your neighborhood. No matter which village you're in, I've got you covered.
