I'm Adam Taylor — I don't just work in The Woodlands, I actually live right here in Panther Creek - Whoop!!! When you hire me, you aren't dealing with a franchise call center or a stranger dispatched from across town. You're dealing directly with your neighbor — a licensed, insured professional who knows the character and quirks of these homes firsthand.
I show up on time, with my fully stocked Ultimate Handyman Trailer. Whether it's a ceiling fan, a TV mount, or ten things on your honey-do list you've been putting off since 2022 — I've got it covered.
Having lived and worked right here in Panther Creek since 2023, I'm very familiar with the unique needs of our neighborhood's established homes.

When you call me about a wobbling, noisy, or just plain ancient fan, you're calling your neighbor. I've replaced more fans than I can count across Panther Creek. TDLR License #894 and #376398.
That grinding noise isn't going to sort itself out. When you call me about a disposal in Panther Creek, you're calling your neighbor — I'll get your kitchen back in working order. TDLR License #894 and #376398.
Frames on the floor have a way of becoming permanent residents. I've hung everything from single pieces to full gallery walls across Panther Creek — everything up straight and where it belongs.
That IKEA box has been in the corner of the bedroom for three weeks. I know because there's another Wayfair box in the garage. Let me get everything assembled and level — you never have to read an instruction manual again.
A TV on a stand is just a TV. I've mounted screens all over Panther Creek — level, secure, cables hidden. It'll look like it was always there.
That list has been on the fridge so long it's basically part of the decor. Honestly, working through a good honey-do list is my favorite part of the job — a little of everything, all taken care of.
If I listed everything, you’d be scrolling all day.
From small fixes to full honey-do lists — if you're not sure I do it, just call or text. I probably do.

There are so many things, but here are just a few:
My Ultimate Handyman Trailer is one of the things that sets me apart from everyone else. I keep every tool, gadget, and gizmo imaginable stocked and ready to go — so when I show up, I'm ready to work from minute one.
I've genuinely seen it all — from doors that haven't closed right since 2003 to IKEA instructions written in what I'm convinced is a dead language.

First, I break out my nerdy laser level. I love this thing!

Once we work together and determine the best height for your curtains, I use my laser level to install the hanging brackets.

Now wasn't that easy?

Now check out the bottom. Perfect every time!

I'm assembling two of these cabinets for a customer.

I'm about half way done with the first one.

The first one is almost done!

Got both done in 4.5 hours. Not too shabby.

First I rip the plywood lengthwise.

Next I haul them up the ladder.

Then I lay them out and cut around any obstacles.

And now you have a place to store all your holiday gear!

This is what our house looked like when we bought it. Honestly, I hated it. But I knew we could make it better.

This is what it looks like as of May 2026. Not too shabby!
I believe in honest, transparent pricing. I charge $120 per hour plus a $50 service call fee to cover my travel and fully stocked Ultimate Handyman Trailer.
This results in a $170 minimum for the first hour. After that, I bill in 15-minute increments so you only pay for the time I’m actually working. If materials are needed, I provide the receipt with zero markup and add the exact cost to your invoice.
Most of my Panther Creek customers have a list of 3–10 small repairs. I can usually take care of everything in one visit, which saves you time and money.

I handle a wide range of repairs and maintenance in Panther Creek — drywall, door adjustments, TV mounting, ceiling fan installation, fence repairs, trim work, attic improvements, and general honey-do list items. If you don't see it listed, just call. I probably do it. TDLR License #894
Door trimming is probably number one — these homes have settled over the years and doors stick, bind, or won't close cleanly. After that it's ceiling fan replacement, TV mounting, picture and art hanging, and honey-do lists. Most customers want several things knocked out in a single visit.
I do — I'm your actual neighbor, not a franchise routing whoever's available. I know these homes, I know the neighborhood, and I show up prepared for what I typically find here.
That's my specialty. Most of my Panther Creek customers have a list of 3–10 items — I work through the whole thing in a single visit so you're not coordinating multiple appointments.
Call or text me directly at 281-827-2614, or reach out through www.adamtaylorthehandyman.com. You'll hear from me, not a call center.
No matter which village you're in, I've got you covered.
