For customers in The Woodlands and Shenandoah, I charge $120 per hour plus a $50 service call fee — that covers my travel, insurance, and my fully stocked Ultimate Handyman Trailer. That puts the minimum at $170 for the first hour. After that, I bill in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for the time I'm actually working.
If materials are needed, I stop at the store on the way, show you the receipt, and add the exact cost to your invoice. What I paid is what you pay. Not a penny more.
Before I show up, make a full list — you'd be surprised how much I can knock out in an hour. See everything I do here.
Honestly, I don't really need to leave The Woodlands — I've got plenty of work right here in my own backyard, and I'd rather be a neighbor than an out-of-town contractor. But some folks know a good value when they see it.
For jobs outside The Woodlands, I charge $150 per hour from the time I leave my driveway until I get home. That covers my gas (I get 10 mpg pulling a trailer), insurance, and the extra risk that comes with hauling a trailer further from home. No material markup, same punctuality.
My address is below so you can judge the drive yourself.
