I do everything by the hour.  I show up on time and ready to work.  I keep every tool, gadget, and gizmo imaginable on my Ultimate Handyman Trailer. I'm fast, efficient, and experienced.  

I charge $100/hour plus a $50 service call.  I bill in 15-minute increments.  I do have a $150 minimum.  If I need to buy materials, I don't mark them up.  I just show you the receipt and add it to the invoice.
